Ben Stookesberry and crew are set to release the latest installment of the Hotel Charley series: Volume 5 First Descent.

The film follows a group of elite expedition kayakers as they embark on three dramatic expeditions in search of untested rivers and canyons. Deep in Mexico’s remote Sierra Occidental Mountains, the team takes on the Rio Piaxtla through the deepest canyon in North America. They go on an epic 50-day expedition through the most remote corner of India riding uncharted whitewater in the steepest portion of the Himalaya. And as a grand finale, they search out the largest runnable waterfalls in Mato Grosso, Brazil.

The world premiere will be showing at Mountain Film in Telluride, Colorado on May 29, 2010, but for those who can't make it to the Rocky Mountain state, check out the teaser below.
