AUBURN, Ala. --Shred Ready is pleased to announce the start of “The Search,” an online video and social media contest to discover up-and-coming talent in kayaking. Contestants will submit videos of themselves kayaking and compete against others for the opportunity to become a sponsored member of the Shred Ready team.

The Search will begin on May 5, 2011 and will conclude on December 31, 2011. The contest is open to people between the ages of 13 and 23 years of age.

Contestants can enter by uploading a video of themselves showing off their kayaking skills, that meets the rules for eligibility, to Vimeo or Youtube.

Once their video is uploaded they must email a link with their video along with their name, contact info, and the location their video was filmed, to thesearch@shredready.com.
