Wilderness, canyons and Rapids. Oh my. Why not run a Northern Quebec river this May? Only four days left to apply!

Laurentian University's Adventure Leadership is looking for seven brave souls to join their annual expedition, this year, on the Pékans/Moisie in Northern Quebec.
Got what it takes? Here some details about the University's program and the trip.
The Laurentian University’s Adventure Leadership program is designed to assist individuals in becoming competent leaders in the outdoors. The student will develop sound theoretical base, increase technical skills, and participate in a wide range of enriching educational and work related experiences.
Every year the program runs a trip to a remote Canadian river. This year we have chosen to run the Moisie River of northeastern Quebec. We are doing the Pékans/Moisie Route. This is a student run trip designed to facilitate our learning. We open this trip up to clients to help offset student costs as it is a not-for-profit trip.
The cost of the trip, $2,500 +HST per person and includes meals, gear and transportation to and from the Moisie River, Quebec (departing from Sudbury, Ontario). Applications must be in by January 28th, 2011.
