lemotry created a new topic Excellent interpretation_Supernatural DVD in the forums.Because of the challenges of acting while also directing, Ackles was given an episode light in scenes with
Dean, and one that came earlier in the season, so he could do some of that scouting before filming even began.
The segment does a great job of bringing to light just how much work goes into each installment of
Supernatural.Supernatural DVD
The Office DVDThe Office centers
around an odious boss and the cube farm he rules. David Brent (Ricky Gervais) describes himself as “A friend
first, and a boss second, probably an entertainer third”, though any of him employees hearing that statement
would roll their eyes along with the audience. He inflicts his awful brand of management on a crappy paper
company in a crappy town in England.
In season three the world of Bon Temps has been blown open providing viewers a national stage for this vampire
saga to play out. Season three starts where the second ended. Bill and Sookie sit in a restaurant where Bill
has just proposed. Sookie takes leave to the ladies room, trying to formulate her thoughts and when she returns
Bill is gone. We know that he’s been attacked and taken captive, but not by whom. Sookie is left in the lurch,
feeling confused, abandoned, and betrayed.True Blood DVD
The boys are so busy with their own business ventures and personal lives, Vince is left very much to his own
devices throughout the season, and we learn (or reaffirm) that he's a total mess without their support and
guidance. Think of it as the third act of a romantic comedy when the guy and the girl break up and you think
for a moment that their deep personal connection is going to be severed forever.
Entourage DVD
Smallville, a TV series currently in its third season on the WB network, is the latest addition to the Superman
mythos. Taking that obligatory superhero staple, the origin story, as its subject, Smallville focuses on the
years before Clark Kent took up the red cape and blue tights.smallville DVD

lemotry created a new topic It might be the best Show in the forums.Season three of True Blood was easily the best season of this highly addictive supernatural drama yet. Why we
love it is pretty easy to see – it’s violent, sexy, and sports some terrific writing with a growing story
line that is more and more expansive. In other words, it might be the best soap opera set in a horrifying
universe since Dark Shadows.True Blood
DVD
The Big Bang Theory DVD
You see, Leonard and Penny don't have the kind of fairy tale "happily ever after" dating life that drags down
so many other sitcoms, but their genuine affection for each other comes across so real that even though they
hit some really rough patches, you still want to see them together even though it seems unlikely that things
will ever reach "happily ever after."
Weeds proved in its fifth season just how keen it is to evolve, most boldly in the journey of Shane, Nancy’s
doe-eyed youngest son, who has grown into a bizarre, ominous adolescent worthy of Noah Baumbach.
Weeds DVD
Glee DVDAnd lastly, the absence of Vocal
Adrenaline’s performance of “Bohemian Rhapsody” also from the “Journey to Regionals” episode is just
disappointing. That was Glee guest star, Jonathan Groff’s shining moment on the show, and was also one of the
best performances of the entire first season.
"Smallville" follows the adventures of a young Clark Kent (Tom Welling), the epitome of all American boy next
door wholesomeness. Over the course of the series Clark struggles with everyday teenage angst and deals with
his emerging superpowers and battles the strange things that have plagued his home of Smallville, Kansas since
the meteor shower that brought him to Earth. smallville DVD

lemotry created a new topic What keeps The Office so fresh and funny in the forums. The Office DVDWhat keeps The Office
so fresh and funny, and at times devastatingly poignant, are the dozens of subtle moments that enhance every
episode. The show is filled with hilarious as the set pieces are, such as Brent’s embarrassing dance
demonstration during Comic Relief day, his disastrous motivational speaking engagement, and his performance of
his “Hot Love on the Hot Love Highway” song during a team building seminar
Typically, when one thinks of a laugh-track-laden sitcom, the idea is that the laugh track is there to cover up
the fact that no viewer is actually laughing. This is not the case with The Big Bang Theory, one of the
smartest and funniest sitcoms on TV. Oh sure, there's a laugh track in the show, but viewers probably won't
notice it much because they'll be too busy laughing themselves. The Big Bang Theory DVD
The other featurette is "Supernatural and the Quest for the Soul," which is an involved mini-documentary about
the soul. It is informative and interesting as an educational piece.Supernatural DVD
it was almost a parody of itself in the best possible way. The cast was talented, the scripts were sharp and
the fans went wild, then it went on hiatus and when it returned it was a completely different beast
Glee DVD
Merlin DVDMerlin is the story of the
young Merlin (Colin Morgan) and how he comes to meet and serve Prince Arthur. Arthur’s father, King Uther of
Camelot (Anthony Head, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), has outlawed magic and the practice of sorcery is a crime
punishable by death.

While each member of the gang gets in depth individual storylines, some of the best moments of the season are
still the groups shared outings. Whether it’s the guys’ reaction to Eric’s girlfriend Ashley, Johnny’s
efforts to convince Jamie to join his TV show or the never ending mystery of who will end up going to Italy
with Vince to film his next movie, the entourage as a whole share plenty of great scenes.
Entourage DVD
If you've been enjoying Supernatural all along, Season Six doesn't disappoint, and the DVD set offers more of
the same quality extras as earlier sets. If you're a little daunted by the notion of stepping into a series so
late in its run, Season Six is a great jumping-on point. All you need to know is that they stopped the
apocalypse and Sam died and went to Hell for it.Supernatural DVD
Weeds DVDWeeds' fourth season
successfully changed locales for the series, furthered along continuing plots, and ended on a doozy of a
cliffhanger which could make for an interesting season five to say the least. It certainly makes one want to
watch the new season later this month.
“In a land of myth and a time of magic, the destiny of a great kingdom rests on the shoulders of a young boy.
His name: Merlin”. Merlin DVD

Becky Mason created a new topic The most unlikely places your canoe has taken you. in the forums.I have just returned from Europe and the UK where I had the remarkable privilege of paddling in all kinds of amazing places. Suffice it to say that it wasn't pine trees and rock of the Canadian Shield! It got me to thinking about the amazing and unexpected places my canoe has taken me. Just on this trip I paddled past windmills in the canals of Holland. We also threaded our boats through dark (like, pitch black!) winding passage-ways under the medieval town of Amersfoort where we could hear people talking in their house over-head. Paddling in the moat of Chateau Chenonceau in France was surreal and I couldn't resist an impromptu Canadian Style demo for my fellow paddlers and the throngs of unsuspecting tourists. But I felt right at home on a 3 day trip on the Ticino River in Italy, except for all the wild boars tracks.... what does one do when face to face with a wild boar? I never had to find out.
One thing that remained constant was how kind and generous paddlers are wherever you go.
So what unexpected places has your canoe taken you?
You can read more and see images of where my canoe took me.
