Okay, victory typically means first place, but we're satisfied with a top six finish in the first ever Ottawa Valley Rafting Championships. The Petawawa River was a busy place last Saturday as scores of kayakers, rafters and even a few open boaters turned out for the terrifically organized, super-fun Hell or High Water festival.
