Since 2002, Outdoor Trophy has brought athletes and amateurs from across Europe to the Austrian Alps for a day of extreme racing and partying...Euro style.

On August 14, 2010, whitewater kayakers, mountain bikers, paragliders, and trail runners will converge on Lingenau, Austria, for a day of breathless adventure racing set amid the stunning Austrian Alps.

Racers can register now for the event, which is a team adventure race with each athlete competing relay style in his or her sport.

With 12,000 euros in prizes to be won, a post-race outdoor dance party, and fun events like climbing and base jumping competitions for non-racers, Outdoor Trophy looks like a great excuse to plan a European holiday this summer.
