Likely to be the festival with the highest level of event variety the 2010 edition of the Potomac Whitewater Festival will take place on July 10 & 11 at Great Falls Park on the border of Maryland and Virginia.

 

There are a number of events scheduled to take place at the 2010 edition of the Potomac Whitewater Festival on July 10 & 11 at Great Falls Park on the border of Maryland and Virginia.

This is the 20^th annual edition of the festival and events will include an attainment race, boatercross, clinics and demos, community gorge paddle, freestyle competition and the Great Falls Race.

Of course what would a paddling festival be without a party… festival celebrations will be held Saturday evening at Breton Woods where paddle partygoers will be able to fill up on food and refreshments.
